[A] There is no specific deadline. The application will close once all available exhibition spaces are filled.

[A] Temporary reservations are not available. Booth locations will be secured upon formal application.

[A] The available locations depend on the booth size you select.

[A] You can choose from the following options:

  • Select and hire a decoration company independently
  • Get recommendations for partner companies from the organising committee
  • Use a rental decoration plan

[A] Yes, we offer rental packages that include necessary items for the exhibition, as well as electrical work, booth construction, and removal.

[A] Yes, we can introduce multiple decoration companies, as many collaborate with us for this event.

[A] The cost depends on the booth space size and the products exhibited. Here are some potential cost items:

  • Exhibition space fee
  • Decoration costs (construction, equipment, etc.)
  • Other miscellaneous expenses (e.g., catalog production)

[A] Yes, you can either set up a seminar space at your booth or utilize the "Exhibitor-Exclusive Seminar Presentation Plan (paid)" in the concurrent conference hall.

[A] Yes, joint exhibitions are allowed.

[A] Yes, you can request an estimate.

[A] Yes, Visa support for exhibitors is available.

[A] Yes, we offer interpreter services as a paid option.

[A] During the show, wireless communication such as mobile networks and public Wi-Fi may be unstable due to the large number of exhibitors and visitors.
