Registration process is renewed and everyone is required to register for the show.

Please bring your visitor badge printed in color
to the exhibition venue to avoid waiting in line at the registration counter.

Visitor FAQs


[A] Visitor registration (free) is required. Entry badge registration will open in May 2027.  By registering in Visitor Pre-registration below, you will receive an email notification when the entry badge registration form opens.

[A] Once you register as a visitor, you will be granted admission to all exhibitions during Japan IT Week, Japan DX Week.

[A] Admission is free of charge with the Visitor Registration form.

[A] Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of “Participation of the children”, “Privacy Policy”, “Participation Policy for the Event or the Seminar” by their legal guardian and be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult aged 18 or older to enter the show. Please register yourself in advance if you plan to accompany children on the day of the show. Registration for the children is not required. Please speak to the staff at the venue on the day of the show for the participation of the children. Each legal guardian or adult aged 18 or older may accompany up to five children. If you wish to bring six or more children, please contact Show Management in advance. Please note that admission of children may be declined under certain circumstances.
